The following does not affect your legal rights.

Merchandise received with deficiencies

In case you wish to return a product because it was delivered incorrectly or damaged (we cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transport due to weather conditions or packaging damaged by the transport services).

Refund for the returned product

The person or company who placed the order is responsible for covering all shipping-related expenses. In case of a claim, please return the unopened ordered products. After receiving the unopened item, we will investigate and decide whether to send a replacement or issue a refund. We cannot accept refund or replacement claims for opened products.

Unwanted Products

In the case of a prepaid order: no credit or refund will be offered for products ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be offered for losses in case the products are stored incorrectly.

Any shortages, quality issues, or delivery problems must be reported within 10 business days of placing the order.
